- Advertise your home in the local paper, the internet and the Association of Realtor's Multiple Listing Service.
- Provide phone information and conduct personal showings of your home to all prospective tenants.
- Do complete background checks, including credit report, public records search and employment verification of all prospective tenants.
- Inspect your home with the tenant prior to occupancy, this includes video and pictures.
- Collect rent. Order & supervise all maintenance & repairs. Pay bills.
- Send you a monthly computer statement along with your check.
